This card is make with some of the CTMH Dotty paper. It was a special that the company was selling last month. Very Summery colors. I also used a Sizzix 12 inch Decorative strip for the grass. I airbrushed the paper with Copics for the soft blue effect. Stamp set is CTMH D1514 Just a Number.
