Feeling Wicked

This is another swap that I made for my CTMH group, Clearly Addicted.  It is the Mischief paper pack and the felt shapes.  Love this time of year.

Thanksgiving Card

This card is the extra one from my CTMH Swap.  I used the Cricut Cartridge from Close To My Heart, Art Philosophy.  This kit came with Stamp sets that match the die cuts.  It is a great way to make masks for your background paper.   I always doodle on my extra one's.  I love curling tendrils.  Used the black sponge brush that came with the distressing kit from CTMH to paint my background leaves.

A SOTM Card for my friend Beth

I made this with my Granddaughter for my friend Beth.  Evie just loves Beth and wanted to make a card for her, to take home to her house she said.  This has the CTMH stamp of the month for August and some Martha Stewart punches.  Evie helped with some stickers I got her.

CTMH Wings Paper Pack Evie and Andre

I love Green, even an olive green.  It reminds me of being out in my backyard which I think is beautiful.  I love these pictures from the summer of 2011.  This is the Wings paper pack from Close to my heart.

Playing with the Cricut

This is the Sweetheart Close to my Heart paper.  I am playing with the Cricut expression and using the Sweet Treat cartridge.  Hard to get time these days but if I can get one in every once in a while I am a happy crafter.

Friendship Jar with brushes

I love this Friendship jar. It comes with so many parts. I wish I had time to make one a day.  I just got a Cricut expression for Mother's day so I have a new top to play with.  Then yesterday I went to my friend Lisa's house.  She is an amazing beader. She is teaching Beth and myself how to do the square stitch, so when I get a few more rows done I will post that.  Thanks for peeking.

Funny One brush looks like it is cut in half.

I am having fun with the Friendship jar from Papertrey Ink.  I WISH I had more time to play with my crafting, but I am happy with what I get done.  I have 3 grandchildren that are a big part of my life.  They are first and crafting is there in the background.  Soon they will be helping me with all my little projects,  file:///Users/evemendes/Desktop/IMAG0727.jpg

Friendship Jar

This is my first Friendship jar,  I have wanted this stamp set for over a year and was too cheap to buy it.  I am going to celebrate 30 years of marriage on the 26th, so I decided to buy it as a gift to myself.  I am so glad I did now.  It has so many options.  This is a great stamp set.

Copics Copics Copics

This is the Friendship Jar set from Papertrey.  This design is my Michelle Wooderson.  I love the sets.  They all have many different items to place in your jar.  I am looking forward to an entire pantry of Friendship jars.  I did use some of the FY1 Fluorescent on the tips of the flower petals.  I doodles one petal on the floor.  I love to doodle at least one thing on each card.  That way I can be sure no one else has the same card.

Crepe Paper flowers with Tim Holtz distress ink

I have been making Crepe paper flowers all week.  I watched a video on the Martha Stewart site and it was so easy, I could not resist.  I added some Tim Holtz distress ink and some fancy stamen that I purchased at Michaels.  First I used the flower soft wires and crepe paper for the stamen.  I have been trying new color combos.  My fav is the white with Lipstick ink.

Birthday Celebration for my 85 year old Mother-in-law.

This is a page from a little book I made for my mother-in-law.  I  made 8 of these little books and they took forever.  I am moving slower lately with all the colds in the family but anyway.  I will post more later.  Mostly used CTMH stamps and Time Holts inks.

Tag with lace and flowers

I enhanced this card with Liquid pearls from Ranger Industries.  I drew out the leaves on the ribbon.  It actually stuck a lot better than I thought it would.  I also colored in the area with Copic markers.  I used the liquid pearls in each of the flowers also.  The doodles on the paper are my test leaves.

This little guy has been helping me with my scrapbooking so it has been twice the fun for me.  Also taking a bit longer to get things done so please be patient with me.  More to come soon.

Thank You card

I want to let you know I have not posted in a while.  On Dec. 15th my main computer went down after a totally  full hard drive crashed.  I have since been able to do a few things on it after a major clean out.  Now I am using a little netbook.  I find it limiting but still better than nother at all.  This is a Thank you card I made for a friend and requires a large envelope.  I usually make my own envelope using the Martha Stewart scor board due to the 3D nature of the front of the card. I am looking at new computers so maybe will be posting more soon.
